Do you guys use any medicated creams or any pills to fight acne? I do, i use pills and a creme..it seems to be working pretty well. Any suggestions to further fight acne, such as sleep, food, drinks? Anything would be apperciated (sp?).

I only have a few, mostly on my upper forehead. I just wash my face every day, don't eat too much greasy food either.

clean and clear stuff usually works pretty well for me. i also use this prescription cream

It may just be me, but I think acne is contageous. If I hang around someone that has a lot acne for a little while, the next day or evening I get a breakout and a couple sprout up followed by some more. Does that happen to anyone else or explain something about your acne that you have thought to be a mystery?
Unless you rub their greasey face on yourself.....
Get the pills, they work crazy good. Just make sure you dont miss any or youll break out reallll bad.

Sometimes I get a really bad breakout then once that's gone it takes like a month. I wash my face 2 times a day.

hm i just like wash my face. and a couple years ago i started using this perscription face cream stuff that dries ur face out really well. so i use that. but other than that um dont eat seaweed(the kind on sushi) cuz my dermatologist says that makes u break out like crazy

yeh i just play battleship on peoples faces with it..
nah dont really get it, when i do its just below my top hairline. some on my nose to but not THAT big
my parents nevre got it, my bro didnt, i dont so i guess its kinda herditary.

I dont have a big problem, but I use clearisil. Also I'm pretty sure a scientific study was done where they found drinking alot of milk causes acne.

Yeah, unless your completely missing your mouth and ramming it all over your face.
Anyway, I used to use pills when mine was pretty bad, now I just wash my face everyday and if anything sprouts up I have a morning and night creme to take care of it.

I used use bencyclin but then it got pretty bad and I'm gonna start taking acutane next week.

I get really bad acne in between my butt cheeks and all the way up butt crack. It's very painful. Does anyone have any effective remedies for this?

Sweat...no i swear to god. My face is clearer when i dont wash my face after practice(i got lazy a couple nights) then when i do everynight.

I know that there was just a thread about acne but it didnt really answer this question. What is the best non prescription acne treatment that is less than $20?

Idk I have been taking prescription meds for awhile but before that I was using the clearasil for men line

In between classes take a paper towel, wet it with cold water, and wipe your face down.

I have mild acne.. its not to bad.. but does anybody else get backne? i have it on my shoulders.. and that kinda sucks.. just kinda annoying.

put a b-ball wrist band there and it will go away... thats just what i did for football havent tried it for lax

Yea but I think laerdude wanted stuff that was cheaper than proactiv that stuff is expensive

Nice girlfriend you got there.
See a dermatologist, he should be able to help you out.
