Well this is my 6th year playing and i'm not the biggest but I can hit and i'm pretty fast. I'm a but confused. Last year I started on my team as a sixth grader. Now in my new division i'm on the third line? Is there a way to pick up my game with training. Like ways to improve left hand, stamina and strength with hurting myself? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know it is late in the season but i want to know what I have to do over the summer.
