it deff. seems like my weak side is more defined and muscular than my dominant side?? is this normal becuz on my left my chest is bigger than my right and my right forearm has more stamina but the left is bigger? i dont think any side is stronger , but whats with this growth patern?

Uh. Don't lift with your muscular side for a little bit, and lift with the side that needs work. Balance that **** out.

ha no its not the whacking off im sure...uhh well anyways, my firend said the side that isnt ur dominant grows faster or something..well thanks anyways

another reason may be is because when i am doing something with one hand and using my other hand for something else i tend to put the heavy stuff in my off hand and that could be the possible reason as to why your off side is bigger then your strong side
