rituals or superstiotions

does any one got any crazy or unusual rituals or superstions that they do pre-game, during or post game.

well before every game i listen to welcome to the jungle ( just to pumpo me up)......and i keep and ace of space in my shoe for good luck. ( i'v been doing it since i was like 7...i dunno why?)

wow what a coinsedence... i tape an ace of spades underneath my visor..its not a regulation card tho, its a small like 1 inch by 2.

Also before everygame I tape up my stick and I put on all my equipment in the same order.

I listen to a lot of rap(it pumps me up)
I never eat if I have an early morning game
I retape my stick...the parts that need it...before every game
I put my stuff on in this order:rib pads,shoulder pads,arm guards,helmet,then gloves

i always talk to my old stuffed animals.... say anything u want AT LEAST THEY LISTEN

I have my uniform laid out; I wear all the same stuff (well...dependent on the weather)
I get on the field over an hour before anybody else is on the field a la Larry Bird.
No distractions from goofy and/or unorganized teammates; I turn my cell off, and I just relax in the privacy of absolute peacefulness before it is time to go insane and sell out for a couple of hours.
I also like to watch or stare down my opponents as they first enter the field--almost like I'm saying "Yep...I've been waiting for you..."
I also bring a fold-out chair to sit on pre-game, post-game, or when I'm absolutely gassed. One of those $9 ones from Walmart. It's hilarious.

i think so too.. but for my superstition i always wear my corona hat to my games... ive had it for a few years now

ok well since this open forum im gonna go over some superstitions/rituals i do that are non lax related.

- i have to have a miminmum of two pushes before doing any set of stairs while skating.

-in paintball i shoot my gun 3 times at the 10 second count.

- i pull out a hair when an ambulance goes by. this girl always pulled mine out when ever i was around her so it like grew on me.

- i always double check my pockets before i leave anywhere.

-i always pee before paddling out.

i always pee before getting dressed, i do the same eye-black style on my face, always wear my underarmour wrist band on my left wrist (im a lefty) i check my stick pockets and i always check my stick for legality, and i tape all my sticks in the same fashion. My number is always 6 and i leave the bottom left buckle of my helmey undone and i do extra leg stretches for good luck
