if the sea foam green is more like a turquoise (meaning pretty light) then green first. Tangerine is a bit darker.

light color then hot glue over and then dark but not 2 long or the color seeps under the hot glue and it wudnt b tangerine

I think they might be two colors that are so close, they will have to be covered after each dye ^^^^^ for example green and orange
