Was Hopkins winning good or bad?

Why wouldnt it be good? They havent won a title in forever, and they came SO close last year. Their team was stacked this year with a squad full of seniors, and they came through. Good Job Hopkins class of '05.

I totally agree! Hopkins has played a bunch of exciting games all season and I can't imagine how disappointing it would have been if all those talented seniors had left w/o a championship. They finally put to rest all the nonsense about being cursed or not being able to finish strong. Hooray for the Jays!! :worship:

i'll agree with the guys who have hopkins avatar lol cus they rcompletely right. they r pretty classy guys as well.

What argument could you even make that Hopkins winning was not a good thing? They played 2 very exciting games in the semis and finals and 3 out of the 4 teams in the semis played exceptional lacrosse.

Good because of Harrison and Bad because I wanted Duke to take it all.

the seniors definently deserved it after the all the winning in the regular season and nothing to show for it in the playoffs except now that they finally got their championship

I guess it would be bad if you're a Duke, Virginia, UMass.... fan. But even so, I can't imagine too many people feeling badly that hop won. (and duke fans shouldn't worry since they'll probably going to do pretty well in the upcoming years). Now if Syracuse had somehow won again, that would have been a whole other story....
