Oh dang, I was like wtf mate, but then yeah it's probably a name of a traditional stringing. I dunno, not an expert in that area.

i have never seen it but from what i have heard people say its all four leathers connected to each other by 3 pitas. I dont know if this is exactly how it is done but i did it this way.

It isn't a "perfect" pocket. It is a custom string job, I'm sure you could find it on E-lacrosse somewhere.

I had one strung in my old rock, here is my best advice:

1. Run a short pocket string across the top, using the 4 leathers to "clamp" it up into place (install the leathers holding the string).

2. Using 5 pocket laces of the same length, string the 5 vertical spaces between sidewalls and leathers. To do this start by hanging the pocket lace over the top string, doing a few twists, doing knots to each leather, twists, etc. THis should sound very fammiliar if you have done a pita/torpedo).

3. By doing this in each vertical space you create squares rather than diamonds.

Be carefull to sting them rather loose, if you pull them close like on an intense pita center track, you will have no pocket. If you do it right you will have a pocket which is really cushined but still with the great feel of trad custom.

Hope that helps
