I want to get better at taking face offs but i dont know exactly how to practice doing them alone

yea i want to kno too. im gonna make a lil bro get a cheap stick nd practice w/ him. i just try to watch game tape over and over.

Get a watch with a countdown. Set it to like every 10 seconds when it beeps clam and rake the ball out. Repeat many times

There aare also some face-off videos and you can watch and then practice the moves.

Searching would be a good way. But seriously by yourself just go over every move you have as quick as humanly possible. A nice thing to do if you have another person is to get a cheap head and give it a box pinch. Have your friend take that head and faceoff against him with it. He has a huge advantage and you have to be quicker and better to win.
