Whats the best way to get a faster shot? I heard something about pennys in a tennis ball or something, what can i do?

Don't bother, work on your arm strength (triceps and forearms specifically), and abs (yes, I said abs).

And of course shoot a lot, that will naturally make you a stronger shooter.

its a lot more technique than strength, but yes, work your forearms and triceps. abs and your back are necessary too.

work on correct form hands away from your body head behind your head step behind step forward with the other foot uncork your hips like a golfer and snap your wrist. it will make your shot faster.

ya shoot alot and fill your shaft with sand so itsheavier

as the great mark millon would say.... strong bouncy base. step into your shot. Uncork like a golfer and dont worry about hitting the net right away. Put your whole body into it. Snap wrists 3/4th way through will add 10 miles an hour to your shot. practice pracrtice practice. These tips will help you but the thing that leads to becomeing a better player is practice.


shooting on the run is one of the hardest skills in lacrosse to master but its one of the most important.

need big hip and shoulder turn to composate for loss of base. keep running. Run towards the net. pracitce practice practice
