ok did a serach on this, did not find too much... does anyone know where i can download (preferebly free...) lacrosse videos, like basic insturction (rules and stuff, im only familar with indoor) and other outdoor lacrosse videos of games or teaching stuff like dogdes and other moves, or just to see those in action... if anyone could link me, that would be great, camps are costing enough i would prefer to not have to pay alot for videos...
