Hey what is your training split?
This is mine if anyone has feedback post

DAY 1: Arms and shoulders
Day 2: Legs and Abs
Day 3: Back and chest
Day 4: Biceps and triceps
Day 5: Rest

Repeat

i do the same thing, but i run 1/2 mile after each day, then i run two miles on my rest day.

I do the cardio program that is a sticky everyday that I lift and then when I have a rest day I do absolutely nothing at all. Maybe just walk a mile.
