Any one who says they dont like lacrosse dosent know lacrosse. Ir has fast-break offences and rapid fire ball handling like basketball.The action is highlighted by teeth jarring hits,like football. And shots rocket to the goal at more then 100 mph as in hockety. The sport has two pro leuges the MLL(for out door games) and the NLL(for indoor games), not to mention the coollest college championship tourtament this side of March Madness. Show lax some love

fine...you guys laugh at big d man, but i am 20 and i'll freggin give an ovation to SI for kids, because unlike the LA times, it educated itself on lacrosse and gave it its overdue kudos and acknowledge the fact that there isn't only MLL out there!

BTW, read lax nation on that idiot woman who ripped apart lacrosse saying it is dumb and comparible to cricket, she should be crosscecked into wickets by us laxers and cricket players....she probably watches and plays soccer anyways...LOL
