im somewhat new to the game, only a little more than a year. Is it legal if theres an attackmen standin right by the crease, is it ok for me to just unload a slash on him. Yes it is a cheap shot but im jsut curious cause those pesky attackmen pissme off alot

I'm pretty sure you already answered your own question. Slashing is illegal.
