Any of you guys know how you can build up accuracy so that you have pinpoint accuracy with your hardest shot? I have good accuracy but not with my hardest shot

shorten you wind up, learn to quick release rather than take long wind ups,

sometimes you actually lose power and accuaracy by trying to take huge wind ups, that make you think u shoot harder, but really not so much, ....quick release is hard, accurate, and catches goalies, wind ups give him react time....but thats my 2 cents, nothing wrong with wind ups, i still do em when the timing is right but....

tie a shoe into the corner of your goal and just hit it over and over again.

yeah, another way is to buy some tennis balls, stuff em with pennies and duct tape em hardcore, they get heay...practice shooting those, then u go to a real lax ball, and holy shnitz u got power.....build up forearm and shoulder flex by swinging golf clubs lots for funa dn increase you flex, buff doesnt make it harder....the better u flex the better u can release and harder u release....the hard shooters in mll and nlla rent necessarily huge windup massive guys, just guys with great flexibilty and overall strength....tiger woods style!

It takes practice, find a way to put a cage with some sort of wall behind it so you don't lose your balls, I try to put it in front of a nearby baseball field backstop. One thing you might want to try is to keep your arms totally away from your body, this summer I rediscovered that and it may help you, but it's basically gonna be trial and error. So get a couple dozen balls and get out there.

except make sure you dont use your game stick because the penny balls can do damage to it.

too get better i had my neighbors over and we stung soda cans to the net and we would play a game where we get 10 rounds with 3 shots a round and we'd shoot from behind a line how ever far away you want. you get 1 point for hitting a can and 3 points for knocking it off so you build accuracy by trying to hit the can and strength by knocking it off.
