yeah it was the guy's tourney. We saw several women's (Bacharach and Mother's LC are what I remember) teams there and heard that one or two games would be played, although we failed to find them.

I'm sure you're talking about CHarm City, my team hosts the tournament. You'll definately be up against some good competition. Usually Heros, Skywalkers, and all the other big teams attend, the best teams all around/

i play for supernova and i haven't seen the 2009 team, but i don't think they're that good. not very many people were at tryouts for 2008 and 2009. stars and skywalkers should be good, but jays usually aren't too great.

SkyWalkers 2010 is ok, but not spectacular, if your team is good, you can definitely beat them, 2010 is one of their weaker years.

psh we whent and we played all the teams and lost every game... our goalies werent saving ANYTHING and our defense was ALWAYS coming to far up and by the time the other team got the ball down to score our defense was running!! but thats ok... we learned a lot and we saw this goalie for a team from Ohio and she had a prostetic leg! im NOT joking and she kicked *** man!! lol after the game i whent up to her and said "dude you litterally rock. you are so awesome i give you props for coming out on that field" and she shook my hand and was like "thanks so much and you guys played a hard game."

but we would have won a couple games if our goalies and defense were more in the game... gah but its ok. i learned a lot and it was our FIRST time EVER playing together as a team. and the spring lax season we just had was only our countys 2nd time doing girls lax... so we are the first ever travel select team for southern maryland... gah

but i bought a livestrong bracelet that says "lacorsse"! woot lol

we saw the highskoolers playin on the astroterf fields and wow they are good. thats a huge field!! i cant imagine how those midfields feel, running up and down and up and down! gah idk if i could ever do that!

we had a great time in md...our team went 4-1....we lost our first game to M & D 2007 Red, it was an 8:00 A.M. game and we were just not warmed up...the girls on our team played their hearts out....overall it was an amazing experience, can't wait until next year :-)

We've only been playing together for 2 weeks and it was our first and only tournament. Some of the girls are from the State Championship team, but it's mostly a mix of different high school girls. We don't have club teams around here. And yeah she does workout quite a bit, she plays for my high school as well. What team were you on?

BTW, we'll be back next year. We really need to have lacrosseforums meetup.
