IL blew the rookie team. Kasper was not in the top five. Quality of opponent, points, caused turnovers has her over half the picks. What's up IL?

Kasper had a good year, maybe not #1 recruit as IL predicted, but she still wasn't ACC rookie of the year (Natasha Fuchs of Virginia Tech).

The people ahead of her on the IL team (Hauser, Stamper, etc.) had really good years.
