Group Buys

This shouldn't belong in the FS/WTB section because I'm not buying or selling any particular thing.

But, has anyone thought of organizing a group buy where everyone buys a particular peice of equipment, say on Cascade CPXs or Gait Torques, at a high volume from a particular retailer or vendor but at a cheaper price? It's similar to team purchases, but for the board members as a group instead.

I was just curious.

yeah me and some of my mates were thinking about doing that so we could all get sweet custom gloves but we could never agree on a brand that we all wanted coz half of us wanted STX and the other half wanted warrrior so the idea never got of the ground. So if i could find enough people i that could agree i would do it.
