Ok here's the scoop, I live in beat-town USA, and there was one lacrosse team in my county this year, the Berks County Lacrosse Assoc. Well, on the team of 30, 6 of the kids go to my school, and about 15 go to a neighboring school. Both of these schools have started club teams, as well as teams outside my county. So now that we've got the tracks layed down, i've been named captain since i've played the longest. I don't know what to do from here. How to get kids to join, if i do get kids how can i teach them, and many other things.

If you have any ideas or can help in anyway please do and post something.

Congratulations!
First, find a coach. Ask around if anyone has any lacrosse experience, or recruit an existing coach - a HS student should not be the coach
Get a faculty advisor to help out
Recruit your best soccer, football, basketball and hockey players.
Fundraise - sell candy bars, mulch, whatever and get goals, uniforms, and pay the refs
Good luck!

if u get a bunch of kids hold a practice and try to go over the simple throwing and catching skills...then progress into shooting and so on

just spread the word. if everybody knows about it, it's a simple matter of probability that you will get people to come out.
