yeah it looks a lot longer in the pic, but i dont know if the 28 inches is the shaft or the whole stick...it looks pretty lon in the picture.

28 inches is still illegal for just the shaft thats the first thing i noticed. It still makes a great last minute comback stick cuz u its harder to check so late in the game u need 2 start cheating start using that stick. But yea sounds like you might b screwed.

I wouldn't say you're definitely screwed, just it seems fishy. As far as I know the average shaft is around 30 in, I have no idea how long revos are (or whatever head was on it) to know if it'll cover the 40 in limit. You could contact the seller and say you got cold feet, he'll probably be not too pleased, especially if he's a scam artist :P But if he's a cool dude you can get out of it. Otherwise, I'd still say you have a good chance at a legitimate sale, but not guaranteed.

well see the thing is i don't think he did wcause it would be hard to cut the shaft then take the kevlar off to put the head on i think he just miss measured
