knees in my opinion extremely painful in some cases and it can kill ur career

i think he said that you had to deal with so in my case broken ankle which i have right now it's really annoying

i have had my knee injured
tore up one of the ligaments and some cartalidge
sidelined me for quite a while
but luckily isn't wasn't the most serious ligament tear, the acl, mine was just the mcl
and i came back after a while

separated my right shoulder. sucked because it made my shoulder a heck of a lot weaker and forced me to do months of physical therapy. good thing my dad is a physical therapist. free treatment yay!

In my time playing lacrosse...just before my season started I pulled four muscles in my back real badly like I couldn't walk or anything and I wasn't cleared to tryout. I would walk through practices with the team tho and kinda just help out however I could. The most frustrating part is that when you here some one pulled a muscle it doesn't sound that bad but it was pretty painful but I like couldnt do anything so I felt bad missing are first 3 games. I had to just go 2 the games and sit on the bench and watch and it sucked but then when I got better I had to show every1 what I could do.
