Well since I made a thread in the other forum, I suppose I could make one for the women's. Unfortunately, I don't think it is as near impressive as the guy's new lines. Oh well, so here it goes.
Sticks-
Envy:
-Features pocket shock system
-Combines the best of the impulse and apex
-Convergent rail drop technology
-Increased sidewall curve for better pocket shape
-Drop V-Scoop design
-Designed to meet US Lacrosse specs (Probably means it doesn't meet IWLFA Specs, but not necessarily)
There will also be the Impulse with the Island series and the Apex with an Island series which includes Bahama (Green head, Blue trakker pro, pink gut) ,Montego (Purple head, Blue trakker pro, Pink gut),Kauai (Blue head, Gree Trakker Pro, Pink gut) and Oahu (Orange head, Blue Trakker Pro, Green Gut).
*** However, the Tempest is being dicontinued from production. They will continue being sold until the warehouses run out ***
Handles:
Velvet handle-
-Super strong and light titanium enhanced 803 alloy
-1% of all sales of this handle will go directly to a breast cancer research fondation
-"Velvet" coating for better grip and feel
-Excellent strength-to-weight ratio
Energy Handle-
-Combines the strength of the titanium enhanced 803 with the comfort of the soft feel finish for better grip
-Iridescent colors offeed
-Triax grip
803 Triax Handle:
-Shaft diameter half way between the traditional women's and men's handles
-rest of 803 qualities
Gloves:
Trinity Glove-
-New dual closure system allows you to get the perfect fit
-Amara palm for grip and breathability
-New Lycra Flex-ridge Knuckle system provides maximum flexability throughout the fingers of hand
-Foam protection in critical areas
-Machine washable
Pocket:
Trigger Pocket-
-New 5 runner system makes this the most accurate and consistent of all our pockets
-Preformed systhetic runners limit stretching
-Runners are slotted for easy stringing
-Strings into any stick
And that's pretty much it. I'll try to get pictures up tomorrow if I can. I'm not too impressed with Debeer this year, though I do really like the Energy shaft and the some of the guy's gear. They still have great stuff, just nothing too new like the new lines in the guy's section. Oh well, still have the best handle and head in the women's game imo.
