i'm a big fan of the smallest Exos. i even wear them when coaching, saves wear and tear on the old elbows. they stay on even better than my new brine elements
EDIT: they were STX apollo arm guards, not exos

On the sideline during games?
yes. during games. it keeps me in touch with my inner player. /NOT!
no, during practice, for doing demonstrations, goofing around with the kids, stepping into drills, etc.

You should suit up fully---like a baseball manager. Now THAT would show your dedication.
I made the mistake of hopping into a scrimmage last season sans arm pads. It was fine when I was running defense, but I hopped in as a mid. One of my best mids caught me with a nice wrap check right on my elbow. It hurt, but I was more pissed that I lost the ball. I'm in the market for some small elbow pads like these for just that reason.

I have those, offer minimum protection, and maximum flexibility. Perfect for D.

I would go with STX EXo's as well. They ar pretty protective, and they're only 35.00 where I got them.

LOL! its hard enough staying on the sidelines without being in uniform! (ok,ok the height difference and the beard would be a givaway that i'm not under 15!)

i'll not wear my helmet, but i ALWAYS wear the elbow pads, the little exos are so small that you dont even notice them (in fact on more than one occasion ive been driving home and realized that i was still wearing them)
alto in my first masters game this season i took such a check on my forearm that ive been wearing the new elements (fathers day present from my wife!)

Wait, I'm confusing myself now. I know Harrison's pads are Exos, but what size are they?
spenny

small, not youth.
the youth pads are small and are intended to cover more than just the elbow where teh smalls are adult sized and cover just the elbow

Yeah, they're definately hard to find. If I could get into hotmail I could pull up an email that STX sent me. I believe they siad that I could order them though a local store that purchases STX. Here's a few pics.
As you can see I 've looked into it.

anyways, so what r some good elbow pads to get?i dont care about protection, i just osmehting small, cheap & sweet looking(the only reason i wear elbow pads is cause they make you, you dont need them on defense except when clearing the ball, & chicks dig scars anyway)

arrr... if ye be in the market for some true booty, then ye best bet is to buy the Bike elbow pads. Though they are designed for football...Garr...they are the pirates dream. And you wont be wasting to many dobloons on em ARR. 8 gold peices i reckon. Check out my homepage, garrr

Hmmm...I don't know where all this pirate stuff came from. I must have missed it.
Anyway, the Apollo is, in my opinion, the best elbow pad for max. mobility. Used em for 5 years, and I'll never go back. There is a new model>>check out STX homepage, or laxshopper.com to see them. They are black and they only cover the elbow. Ideal for defensemen/middies.

Id go with the neo d's. I play d and i have a pair, and i love them. They are small so it is easier to move your arms, and they provide a little protection

I use the Brine supercross slip-ons and they are sweet. They give good protection and are really comfortable. They dont pinch your arms or slide down at all.
