ok my bday is coming up in a lil while and i am lookin at gettin another head (going to be number 4). I am lookin at a Revo Pro, Finalizer, or Torque. i no cheapest goes Torque, Revo Pro, Finalizer, all unstrung, but like what do u people think. i dont want an Evo pro bc they warp n i dont like them and i hear the revo pro is really good and strong, but i never threw with a torque or heard much bout it, and i have a finalizer, but it has a crack so i could use a new head. which do u like or prefer

revo pros are close to illegal i dont know what you play but one of our defensemen had one and he could just take it up the field and it was impossible to get out and thats why he had a couple of assist and goal

For a defenseman like you, definately go revo pro. Even for lsm's, you want a stiff strong almost impervious head to get good ball control and good checks. The finalizer would probabaly not last too long on a dpole just due to it's weakness; it really is an attack head. The torque I've seen on dpoles, but I would find it hard to believe that a head that light and flexible could hold up to that kind of pressure. So, I would go revo pro.

Actually I think it goes like thsi for pricing.
Finalizer, Revo Pro/Torque(depending on the website)

I got my finalizer for much cheaper than I could have gotten either of those other heads.

When did he ever say he was a Defender?

i reccomend the Torque, not to pinched but still pinched enough for attack and extremly light

Yea i am a defender. I am leaning toward a Torque or a Revo Pro. i have a finalier and i just use it to fool around with and wont use in a game bc it'll break with the checks i throw. But how is the torque besides diesel light, is it strong, i dont throw too many poke checks (i do throw them though), mostly slap checks and i jam my head into a little gap and lift up and get yard sales a lot, but is the torque strong, i no the revo pro is pretty strong and light, but isnt the revo pro more pinched? and i was just reading that the revo pro warps easyily and i dont want to really have to keep worrying about that???

ya the torque is actually pretty strong and durable, the thing is that it is pretty stiff...not incredibly stiff like a proton or x2 or anything, but like a um...hmmm...well its not that bad...its a good head...

The rvo pro is a BEAST it does NOT warp at all

the torque is one of the heads ive really seen break

and anyways revo pro is a great D head (but not as good as the Bionic)

Just take your finalizer back and get a new one. But if the warantee is gone get a torque nice and light good pinch.

Well these are three great sticks. I came across the same debate and I'm steal debating as to whether I ought to trade my revo pro for a finalizer or a torque. Evidently I decided on the revo pro ... but I tried the finalizer and its incredible in terms of hold and overall feel. I've also heard tuns about the torque. It has a great scoop for ground balls and its durable and light weight. I wouldn't worry to much about weight thats more in the shaft. I chose the revo pro cuz its expansive and I wanted my head to last me a while. Even though a lot ppl see it as a D stick its great for attack and shots. The sidewalls provide great hold too.
I would go for the finalizer (Great feel) except it might break more then the other two sticks would.
The trick is really to play with them... you can't tell from another's preferences. My definition of a good feel might not be the same as yours. Good luck

I would get the torque. It is lighter and not as extremely pinched. I have never heard someone buy the Torque say it was a mistake. you said you were a defender? than definitly get the revo pro. but the torque (in my opinion) is the best shortstick head around.

NO NO NO, if ur a good defender and throw good hard poke chcks . . . go with the revo pro. revo pro's will practically never break, and they're stiff too. if ur smart u would get a revo, and if u throw good pokes, get the revo
