Hey,
i bought a revo pro with a year warranty. i bent it the second day i had it. i emailed then 5 times already becuase it also came pre pinched so the ball doesnt come out. ( i know this isnt bachrachs fault) but the thing that tees me is that they havent responded to any of my emails.
have any of you had similar situations or all of you see bachrach as a good company

Either call them or send a PM to "bacharach". They/he will take care of your problem.

there a really good company but i think it just takes them a little bit to respond to all their emails because its only one store its not a huge company or anything.
your best bet would be calling them

ya I ordered a warrior rebounder net more then two weeks ago. One week after I didn't get it I called them and they said they forgot to send it to me and so they told me they will make sure to resend it. They said it was on its way. One week after I still haven't got it so I called and it turns out warrior is having problems.... The thing i'm pissed about is that they lied to me. I can understand warrior is having problems and thats not their fault but don't give me false hopes.
Apart from that, thats the only thing I've had thats bad with bacharach. I forgive them cuz they give great deals...

ive been buying from bacharach for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. if you cant get them via email, try calling their 800 number. if the stick is under warranty they will warranty it.

I do not understand it. People expect e-mail at a fairly small company to be answered quickly.
CALL THEM. It is far more efficient because I doubt they are just going ignore the phone.

^ yeah and wouldnt u think its a lot easier than e-mailing them. I would rather sort out a problem over the phone in person althought i would also listen to orange and pm bacharach.

yeah when my python snapped i emailed brine and its been about 5 months now and still no answer so its best to find a number and call thats what i did. and also the revo pro comes illegal because ive seen my friends non pinched and it gets stuck you just have to put a baseball in the pinch and that will stretch it out a bit

yea im having a similer problem.... ordered the G-force line... i call them 10 days later... they tell me stx is having problems and it wont be shipped for a nother 4 days and they it will be 5 days till i get it..... with does me no good because i need it for camp... i called and they said there was nothing they could do... so i talked to the manager and he said he would express it... so it will be there the day i leave........... i hope.............. :concerned

I ordered some pads and a helmet from Bacharach a month and 2 weeks ago...it took me 3 1/2 weeks to get the pads and the helmet wasn't shipped from the Cascade at that time, but I noticed on the invoice that they put an order in for an ALL black helmet (which wasn't what I ordered). I called up Bacharach to point out the mistake and they told me that they will call Cascade and make sure I got the correct color that I had originally ordered....when the helmet came a week ago, it was ALL black. Now they're supposed to rush order the correct one (the girl I talked to after getting the wrong helmet said that whoever I talked to last didn't change anything with my order. THANKS!!)....probably take another month at their pace. I'm not happy with them and probably won't order from them again. 2 weeks after I ordered my pads I also ordered an Answer head....still no head (a month now). When I called them, they said they were waiting for the heads to come in from Brine. Other companies get things out within a few days and you have it about a week or 2 max after you place the order. Not impressed. Sometimes it's not a companies fault but they were to blame for at least my helmet problem and they also don't send out shipping emails letting you know that the things are on their way with a tracking number like most companies. I called them about my pads and they were like, "Oh we shipped them 4 days ago, you should get them any day now". Thanks for the heads up!

you need to remember that this is the end of the season you are going to have trouble getting some items from any place you order. Brine, STX, warrior,et al. have all of their stuff made overseas and shipped in huge containers. they plan to make X amount of each item and if they sell more, they might decide to make and ship more but will will wait till they have enough ordered to make it worthwhile, which means its not bacharachs fault that they cant get you a brine answer, brine is waiting to see if its worth making a bunch more or just telling you to wait till next year.

I ordered from Bacharach and it took them 5 days from the order being made to get it to me. It was an international order so I consider that fast shipping and in my experience, they have answered e-mails relatively quickly.
On the downside, they sent "Low" cleats even though I ordered "Mid" cleats, but I dont care since I'll be OK with "Low" cleats. Hopefully.
Maybe their service isn't always top notch in regards to speed and sending the correct things, but they dealt with my e-mails well, in a friendly maneer. Plus, they're by far the cheapest around. Problems probably exist with most companies of this nature, however I would guess they're more evident in Bacharach's case as a lot of people order from them.
I see Bacharach as a very good company. Sometimes, sacrifices might have to be made in terms of speed and reliability but this is far outweighed in my view by the prices.
Oh yeah, it would be helpful if they gave some kind of noptification that things had been shipped.

I'm understanding if an item is on back order and they are waiting for it to arrive, but they don't notify you to let you know this....they just leave you waiting and thinking that you're going to get it soon. If I had known that I wouldn't have all my gear by now (a week into a summer league that I am supposed to play on in FL) then I would have ordered it from another company that did, paid the extra money for it (because Bacharach does have great prices for LacrosseForum members), and would be playing right now. Just a courtesy heads up on the status of your order is all I'm asking for because then you can make other arrangements if need be.

i hear what you are saying, but what sometimes happens is that bacharach orders stuff from warrior, warrior says sure its on its way, then you order, bacharch says expects it to be in their on day X, we will go ahead and let you place the order, but warrior never sent the head to bacharach because they were out, now bacharach is stuck waiting for it to come in and sometimes they dont ever come in
thats long and particularly convuloted, but i hope it makes sense.

I've ordered there a few times and when things i ordered were back-ordered i got a voice-mail on my cell phone telling me what was back-ordered, and my other options...There whole team is awesome with customer service, and a few weeks back when brine had a problem with their shipping i got express delivery because i had to wait a little bit...I think bacharach is a great company and if you ever have a problem with them call their number 1-800-726-2468 (I have it memorized lol) and they will help you with everything you need...
