i want to have like the kind of hair that has like wings, u know emo hair. so i was wondering how long it'll take for it to grow long enough if my hair is around like 2 cm rite now.

Lol my hair flips out like wings, friggin pimp hair man =P All my friends have long hair, but yeah it took me and entire summer plus a few months to grow my hair out to where it is now, it'll happen bud you just gotta wait

i'm growing mine out to look like that and its been growing for a few months now and its like 2 inches so you have a ways to go, and at the moment it looks a tad bit mullet-ish which isnt too good, good thing its summer and not many people see me

No, I got a trick until you can get it long enough, when you get outta the shower and your hair is wet, take a dry towel and rub your hair till its dry and shape it with your hands, otherwise, it wont happen until its longer. =P See, laxdave knows...I got the remedy, lol.

Hair grows about 1/2 inch per month so it will take forever if its only 2cm

Emo hair is when you like do a comb-over but make it go over you face more (with long hair) Search emo on here and there is a pic of sumbody doing it. bty my hair is about 6-7 inches long. havent cut it since about november of 04 and it was about an inch long. But my mom kinda evend it out a couple weeks ago but didnt take off much.

Emo is a type of genre 95% of you don't even know about. What you think is emo, ISN'T EMO.

If you are hoping the 'emotional' hair is going to get you ladies right off the bat, like you are going to go from zero to hero in a matter of minutes, you are sorely mistaken.

my hair is basicaly a blonde version of a2lacrosse's hair. I agree with laxdave, it's all about the 2 minutes after you get out of the shower, get the towel and rub you hair until it gets semi-dry. Then go straight outside and when it's windy then my hair takes like immidiate form. I have had this length for awhile which is fairly long. I have no idea how long it took, but you just have to let it grow out and when you get a haircut, get like 1/8-1/6 of an inch off until it grows out.

And thats how pimps do it. My hair looks almost identical to that pacsun guys except mines blond-er, like dirty blonde, yeah man if you wear a hat alot too it gets like that.
