I'm not afraid of spiders. Not really afraid of any insects / arachnids. Except for bees. I HATE bees

i am so scared of them that i cant put it into words and it is spider season right noww=scary. there is a big black/yellow hairy spider in my back year right near like 6 of my lax balls. i wont be getting those for a while. but yeah im totally scared of them, def. my worst fear.

I love 'em. What an outstanding animal. I encourage them to live inside by having lots of house plants. Totally fascinating. The world would be a better place with more spiders.

its weird when a spider creeps up and its just me im like oh crap a spider and it takes me a minute to sack up and kill it.

but if its at school and everyone else is scared it just bugs me that everyone is yelling over a little bug and i kill them with a quickness...


its probably either cuz i subconsiously feel the need to be macho or ppl yelling annoys the hell out of me

Yeah I'm the same as SDPirate. If I'm alone, I'll freak out, but around other people, I'll take the initiative and squash the thing. I guess it's just u don't want to look like a wuss infront of other people.

spiders i dont mind, but once i woke up and was starin at a wolf spider the size of a 50 cent peice on my chest. scared the u-kno-wat outta me. wat i really hate are yellowjackets. they can make nests under ground and rocks and if your ball goes close while practicing lax they feel the vibrations and come out to attack watevers close. not very cool. :ahhno:

ya, i would agree that spiders are the worst. yellow jackets are pretty scary though, i ran into a hive one time when i was like 7. i got to sit in an ice bath, it was not funn.

My biggest phobia is arachnaphobia... Spiders and oh man scorpions down here scare me really bad. We get like 4 scorpions like running around in our house each year just from leaving the door open. I guess their hungry or something, but we kill them like in our kitchen by the trash can. Needles is my 2nd biggest phobia, I can't stand shots, I almost fainted when I got my tetnis shot a few months ago.
