I dunno why, Goblet of Fire just didn't really seem like it was a whole lot better than the other books. I like them all though.

i think because i love prep sports so much it appealed to me. The idea of a competition between schools was awesome to me. It was like a sporting event basically. I think the movie is gonna kick ***, the previews look sweet.

Yeah, Chamber of Secrets was a tad dissapointing. I haven't read the 6th book yet, but I think it would go like this (I know the synopsis of the 6th):

2. Goblet of Fire (almost tied for 1st)
3. The original: Sorcerer's Stone
4. Prizoner of Azkaban (dementors, remember?)
5. Order of the Phoenix

i think when i retire im going to sit down and read all the books b.c im really way to lazy now unless I had to read it for school...when the sorcerers stone came out i read the first 20 pages and i was just to bored and lazy...i really enjoy the movies though...do you guys think that if i read the half blooded prince now it would make a difference or I have to see the previous mores/read the previous books?

Man, goblet of Fire and HBP are sooooooo close.
I guess I gotta go with HBP though because it is integral to the central plot and ALOT is revealed.

But Triwizard tourney, and the much neede break from quidditch was awesome.
And in Goblet we learned alot about Hogwarts, the prefects bathroom is probably my 2nd favorite Harry Potter scene, apart from the Dumbledore Malfoy show-down in HBP

same here, the end was sweet. the showdown between harry and voldemort was sweet in this one.

the GOF movie will be terrible, do you know how much they are gona have to cut out to fit it in three hours? The COS movie missed a lot and that was small. I hope Fred and George get more lines, i loved them
