Hardening A head

I know this is a Long shot, but is there any possible way to make a head stiffer?

ive had a Vapor since May of 04 and ive gone through 2 field seasons and 2 box seasons with it being a face off middie. So it was getting bent a lot. and now its litterally a spatula, its also becoming really pinched and i dislike it.

any help is well appreciated
