Im pretty sure thats the name for it, and I dunno if this has been asked before but what exactly does it do? Another thing, Im looking into using a supplement with no dangerous side effects that helps you build muscle faster (besides the whey protein I bought today :agree). If you wanna know what I'm taking right now:
2 C Vitamins (500mg each)
3 E Vitamins (250mg each)
Multi-Vitamin
Whey Protein shake thing with water 20 min before work-out and 20 minutes after.

creatine will help but remeber muscle doesnt grow overnight...

the best time to build muscle is the yr after your peak growth...

Glucosamine is used for joints, not muscle. Come to think of it, if you're building muscle, you might want to consider glucosamine, since if you're lifting, you're probably stressing your joints.

try glutamine...doesn't help you build muscle but reduces muscle soreness so you can get back in the gym and get a full workout faster.

Creatine has been studied thoroughly & the side effects are pretty mild. Increased risk for muscle cramping if you don't drink enough water. And I had the sh|ts when I first started using it or after I cycled off of it, then started using it again, but that was very temporary.

Creatine never made me pissed off and i don't see why it would make anybody, it doesn't increase Testosterone production. Now andro and the like thats gonna make you pissed. If your gonna take creatine i recommend Cell-tech. a bit more expensive but if you buy from a place like dpsnutrition.com(never buy from retail stores you get absolutely raped.dps is about half the price of everything you find in the retail stores) Cell-tech is creatine with amino acids and sugars that help you process it more efficently. Works real well. Combine that with protein and you damn near got some rocket fuel.

Creatine does but a increased load on the kidneys but but since your young, thats not a problem. Unless of course you have a pre-existing kidney disorder. I wouldn't worry about that one til i was 40 or so. other then that cramping is the only thing that creatine is gonna do. It's got no real detramental sideeffects and is pretty safe and readily availble. Just don't buy the Creatine Serums that were out not to long ago, absolute crap, they whole bottle contained less creatine then a serving of powder, because creatine breaks down in a liquid after a sort period of time.

Creatine only adds water weight and does not put on "real" muscle. It can also lead to blood clots, especially if used long term. I'd reccommend weiht gainer if you want to get "bigger".
otherwise, it's a larger risk than you think it is. Just drink protin shakes, your body will adjust.
