Last year our team had to pay for the stuff we wanted. All I got was an Under Armour long sleeve loose gear customized shirt. I wear it all the time. I could have gotten a Boathouse jacket too but I turned it down because I would not be playing there anymore. I also got a T-shirt. I think the boys team just got Boathouse jackets (had to pay for) and helmets (school). Oh they got short sleeve UA custom shirts too. But I think they paid for them.

wow, you guys had it good, we dont even have a whole set of pads our team wears, we just wear whatever the hell we can find. Half of the members of our team wear pads and helmets that our coaches used to wear in highschool...

we get spirit packs with sweats, boathouse warmups, t-shirts, long sleeves, beanies, sports bras with the westfield lacrosse logo on it. we pay for all of it though. its pretty expensive, but we as a team have to match right? our coach even went as far as telling us what kind of cleats we had to wear. low cut nike sharks. he's anal about us matching. and he won't let us wear shorts under our skirts, we have to wear these dipsy underwear bloomer things. umm our guys have custom helmets, they're not allowed to wear their own, i should have a picture of their uniform somewhere in my house. its a pretty hot uniform.

Gatorade makes you thristier because of the sugar but its better to drink in a game than water. Water doesnt have the vitamins that prevent dehydration, and its true when the commercials say that it rejuvinates you. I remember when I was sick with teh flu I used to drink Gatorade all the time.

Other than that Water is the way to go everytime

id like to note that although laxdoc, who im sure is a great man, i'd like to note that he only registered here in feb of 04. and if im not mistaken, this isnt ala. therefore, i am the first "the Doc" in the lacrosse forums, although i am not longer the only.

*also, im feelin mad amounts of animosity...
