I know there are rule differences between the two....jsut what are they?

as far as i know differences include:

1) traker pro and trakkers are illegal
2) no plans to make goggles mandatory
3) possibly some stick checking rule differences...american lax has a lot more stick-stik contact than canadian lax...*shrugs on that*
4) different danger shot rules for a while, but i think IWFLA changed that recently, or that was jsut a passing gmae trend i noticed.

Well the USLacrosse organization governs both the men's and women's bodies of lacrosse in the United States of America, and it also helps to organize and set-up/establish many club teams, youth leagues, clinics, tournaments, etc. for both members of the sport: men's and women's players. It also runs the annual lacrosse convention in Baltimore every year. You can find out more at http://www.uslacrosse.org

The IWFLA is the governing body of International Women's Federation of Lacrosse. Basically this means it governs and stuff that has to do with women's lacrosse in other countries (ie: Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, England, Wales, etc.) and it sponsers/organizes international playing events in between countries for women's lacrosse. They have a website too, just look 'em up on Google.

I'm sure both are much more involved/comprehensive than that but that is a basic outlook on both. Anyone have anything to add?
