Regan right now, ill tell ya his tho, watch out for Rochester Adam Doneger, hes the real deal. Hes on the All-Star team as a rookie and hes only getting better as the season goes on. :omg

doug shanahan is the best all around midfielder, the best offensive middies are gary gait and adam doneger.

No one's mentioned Jalbert, he's the highest scoring midfielder and picks up lots of gbs. Also, Gait and Regan are awesome.

I would pick Gait but I saw him play and he was hardly playing d, only offense. all around is Shannahan

I'd have to say it's Doug Shanahan. He does everything well.
Mike Regan is up there too. Although he's my least favorite player in the League, I'd have to concede that Jay Jalbert is a contender, as well.
Chris Cercy, although he's good on faceoffs, is a non-entity after the faceoff.
