my bad so u did win war for the south, but i wasnt to impressed though. my team, team charlotte, only lost to the florida team by 1 or 2 goals which is probably what the score would have been against minesotta because you guys were pretty evenly matched i think. but you guys are from a whole state and were just a city. you guys didnt have any graduated players like florida did you?

no we are all going to either be seniors or juniors this year. as for those close games i cant really sya to much about them becasue i wasnt there... however it may have been that we played down to the level of play becasue in delaware at the battle of the hotbeds, we were beating back east schools by more than 3 each game

first of all to truebeast i didnt say we wooped your a** i wasnt there at the war for the south so i dont know what the score was and second why dont you over react a little more. third, sure we are from kids all around the metro area of Minnesota yeah minnesota, i started playing lax when i was in 8th grade...how long have you been playing for. to phslax007 our coach kept saying that we were athletes becasue one:he was insane and two:he said that because we did not have the stick skills to truly compete with everyone in that sense we had the athleticism to compete or to say it differently, we could easily be blown away by everyone elses stick skills but that we should be able to win the race to the ball and so on

at the midwest challenge we beat LI express's Sophmore team twice both by either 3 or 4 and then we beat the LI express senior team in the ship at hotbeds by like 3

Alright well you are gonna try to tell me that you said you didn't say that Minnesota Elite would kill anyone? Thats what i get out of that anyway. And in NC its not that much different, not all that many guys start lax at an early age like in ny/md/ and those other lax hotbeds. Im not over reacting I just don't think you can say you dominated everyone when you beat teams by 1 (us twice and 1 other team at war for teh south).

We did "dominate" a lot of teams though. That's beside the point. I'm just excited that we won three tournaments when a lot of people said we wouldn't win a game. Also, yes the Empire Team would kill us, but from what I hear, they would kill anybody. It's just a nice feeling to win tournaments when everyone there is talking trash and saying we don't belong. Again, it's just nice to beat teams that are supposed to be the "hotbeds" of lacrosse.

Truebeast and I both played agianst the MN Elite at War of the South on EAST Chapel Hill. I must say that MN Elite was a classy team and a good bunch of guys but they didn't blow us out at all. Both games were close (one point losses). How many players did MN elite have in the War of the South ALL-Star Game? I beilive EAST had 5

When I first read that a team of Minnesota kids was tearing it up in some well attended tournaments, my first reaction was that this must be a typo. MN instead of MD, you know?

ok lets bring you guys back to reality. The MD teams you played were not the best. All of the best MD teams, Old Bay, Free State, Fireballs, the best BELAX team were at Champ Camp. Congratulations on beating the best of the worst. If you were to play the Fireballs, Free State or Old Bay they would f*** your s*** up. The Baltimore Team you played was the number 2 BELAX team out of the three. They picked up the programs number one defensemen and yes I'm proud to say he;s on my team. He made All County in Howard County MD which is the 2nd best county for lacrosse in MD. Plus he's being looked at by Duke, Hopkins, Yale, Bucknell and Loyola. Whats more sick is he just finished his sophomore year. I think he was on Perlow's team they're best team in the program. Do you have this caliber of a player? There are many more in MD like him. Scary huh? Making All State in MN is the samething as making Honorable Mention All County in Baltimore or Howard County. If you were to play the Top Belax or Free State where all the best MIAA Ballers like my holmes plays they would mess you up. And plus if your so good why didn't you go to champ camp? Thats where the best is? Your light years behind MD and NY.

But they are of very good caliber. and plus he is. he just went down to duke and spoke with the coaches. Loyola came out to some of his games and hopkins spoke with him after some games in the summer sizzle. Yale saw him at the Hotbeds tournament. Officially they can't speak to him by the september but buddy from what I heard hes getting a lot of interest. If you still don't believe me talk to Coach McCarthy. his BELAX coach, he was the one that spoke to the coaches for him because he couldn't speak to them cause hes a sophomore.

um. worst team all summer.... Now Andrew asked me to play in a couple of his games because some of the hebron attack wasn't there. But all of the team made atleast all county in MD. It was basically a prerequisite to making the team. They came in second at Father's Day, won the Toplax, came in 3rd at upper atlantic and the rest i don't know about. No talent. MMMMKKKKKKK. sounds like someone got cut from the BELAX tryouts. And their record was 15-6 which is good.

well if ur from BELAX then check the site again and add up all of the scores. they = 15-6 u missed some tournaments. yes u guys were stacked because u guys kept ur u-16 team during tryouts or atleast thats what the hebron guys said. no talent at annapolis was because everyone was at free state tryouts. I know I played with McCarthy's Belax team during laxmax. I was told by the coaches that he was the highest graded defensemen at tryouts. when the coach called me to step in they told me he was the program's top defensemen when i wanted to see how he was doin. I saw him at lax max he was rapin everyone and clearin the ball like it was his job. i dunno bout the rest but he is getting a lot of interest. I didn't see him get taken much. But you guys looked really good. are you all seniors now or what? 4th place at Champ Camp is money dude!!!! um not what i heard i may be wrong but I asked coach mccarthy how andrew was doing and he said he was the highest graded defensemen at the tryouts and they were going put him on Perlow. andrew told me they didn't cause they didn't want to mess up ur team or something cause like u said you had good chemistry. he did play with u at sizzle. i saw the tape he showed it to coach marechek and i when we were weight lifting. he was clearing getting Gb's and raping attackmen.

So you have one good defenseman and you're the best team ever? Yeah, I'm being a **** by saying that, but you're making it seem like one player does it all. Just because you have kids getting recruited doesn't mean your the best. Look at the 1980 olympic hockey team. They weren't the best, they didn't get drafted by any NHL teams, but they worked hard and kicked some Commie ***. I heard some kid at Delaware ask another kid if MN was good and the other one replied, "No, they just work hard". Well, I don't care if we aren't talented by your standards, but we hustled and we won. So let us have our moment. I don't need nine posts telling me about how far behind Minnesota lacrosse is. We've had lacrosse here for ten years maybe. You guys have had it for a lot longer, great, we know. We still won three tournaments. You say we beat the "worst" teams from NY and MD, but if we're so far behind MD then the worst teams should have killed us. Don't worry, next year most of the team will be seniors and we won't go to the recruiting camps, and you won't feel threatened anymore. And you must feel threatened because why else would you take the effort of writing thirty posts saying how bad we are and how good you are. It may not matter to you that a MN team won Hotbeds, but it matters to us. So let it roll. Peace.
