Weak. I know a couple people who have broken more than 1 in a single season.

same here, a junior on my team got one and it snapped his first game, and he had it about 3 days so he went back to the local lax store and they gave him a titanium.

They are VERY weak. Mine broke on the lightest hit possible. I've also heard of others breaking easily so I wouldn't recommend it.
Ups. It's nearly as light as a KryptoPro. The grip on it is really nice, it's not as strong of a grip as Harrows so it's kind of perfect.

grip/weight/strength of the python is actually a pretty good handle.

Get a Harrow stick instead. It'll last longer and its stronger.

I'd actually stick to the python. They are both weak, and they will both break. The only difference is that the brine has a 1 year warrenty, and the harrow is only sixth months. So in the long run, the python will last longer.

Go with the harrow if you want a composite stick. Its stronger than the python. Dont listen to LAX303. I have a Harrow pole for 1 season and a summer season. buy a box one if you play attack, they never break, only the ibeams break

ya i did not mean to say strong my bad
i bought an optra before the season started and by the end of school the grip was gone and the first game of summer league it snapped on a wrap check..its kinda heavy and not the strongest but while it lasted the grip was awesome

harrow does have a 6 month warrantee, but harrows rarely break (not including i-beams).
I used a harrow field attack all last season and it was a tank. With a torque its nicely balanced and light.

yea they definately do break especially for varsity. my friend broke one in like 3 games and then when he got his replacement that broke the first game he used it. my other friend broke his in a jv game. don't get it

this kid on my team had a python.they're ok, but i didn't like the grip....too sticky. also felt a tad weak imo. o to answer the question i thought it was a lil heavier than my ibeam, so probably heavier than a hero or db803, but i could be wrong(thatd b a first)

There is a kid on my team who bought one - broke in practice before first game. It became kind of a joke on our team, so when we saw an opponant with a python, my friend, another defender, predicted that the stick would break during the game. First check to the python in the game and it broke.
Long story short - rediculously weak shaft
