Wrizzong Fizzorum pal.
Cradle around the house, wall, shoot, dodge, etc. Find a buddy to practice with.

i just fool around with the ball. i sometimes use a hacky sac so i dont p i s s off my mom. im the house when im watching TV doing something with tricks or ballhandling. make up some move that you think will fool people and try them out on a teammate. also where you balance the ball on the sidewall trick builds your soft hands and hand eye coordination but its kinda easy. and just shoot around on goal every free second, like when your waiting for your mom to drive you somewhere or before your friends come over shoot around.

i just carry my stick around everywhere when I'm at home. Not too much running or weight lifting going on for me. I probably should since im a little on the skinny and lanky side, but just practice doing stick tricks to make your hand-eye coordination better. Practice things that take quick hands, and that will help you out just as much as having soft hands.

i used to just go up to a goal with as many balls as i could find and just shoot stationary, which was ok but i didnt fell liek it was helping my game very much
now I move the goal against a large wall at theschool nearby and can pass off the wall and practice passing, catching and shooting on the run, which is actually helpful

its an awesome idea to have the goal against a wall because you can set yourself up with a pass off the wall and then shoot, it provides more of a game situation, like receivin a good assist. carry your stick with you everywhere, home, grocery store, vacation, never let your stick go untouched for more than two hours (unless you are sleepin)(but then again you can always sleep with your stick) just my two cents.

Practice shooting, play wallball, run, liftweights, pickup games with friends.

Shooting all the time. Passing with friends. Wallball. Stick's always in my hands.
On top of that I've been doing tons of speed endurance running with the football team lately...we'll see if I'll be able to keep that up now that I'm done with summer football.
I get in the weight room as much as I can (which is three times a week if I'm lucky). It really helps.
