I believe it is mesh but in strands, really strange. Sort of like Fresh Mesh but not plastic.

its mesh in almost like strands like lottalax said, and its really easy to form a pocket in.... just throw a ball in there, push for 2 minutes, and viola(sp?) you have a pocket. it gets pretty soft pretty quick tho, and then you get tons and tons of whip, which i dont like. same diamond count as regular hard mesh (10)

its terrible, if you thinking about getting it on ur brine head from the factory don't. I bought it with my nirtous to see how it was and it was garbage. I took it off in 2 weeks and learned how to string myself. It's worth learing how to string. Plus its 7D i think which i dislike. Creates alot of whip. Not good at all.

i always thought ultra mesh was just brine's normal 10d hard mesh, i strungit up for my friend and it just felt like semi hardish mesh then in like a few days it was pretty much soft, but it's nothing really special

i know but it wasn't 10D, I threw it out too quickly to count. But i for sure know it wasn't the 10D variety.

there is two types soft ultra and har ultra.(depends on the store) Hard Ultra is about the only stuff ill buy.

Ultra mesh, as said before, is Brine's version of hard mesh.
Their older ultra mesh is really stiff, unstretchable mesh. A real pain to break in.
Their newer stuff resembles fresh mesh, its very thin, and stretches a lot. Sean Morris showed me his pulse with ultra mesh at a camp. The pocket was legal to start, but after I stretched it with ease, the pocket was 2 inches illegal.
