Just to bring everyone up to speed about the subject of this thread, I will direct you all to a site that explains everything fully: The Little People's Village (http://www.ghosttowns.com/states/ct/littlepeopletown.html).
Here goes my story: Well about two weeks ago I got a call from my best friend Jessica at 11:30pm asking if I wanted to go to the Little People's Village. To tell you the truth, I had no freaking clue what she was talking about and I just said yes because I wanted to see her. About ten minutes later Jessica is at my house to pick me up. I get into her car with two of her girlfriends, Nicole and Lindsay, wondering where the hell we are going. Soon Lindsay gives me a run-down of where we are going, the story behind it, and what we are doing there.
We get there a few minutes later and walk down the eerily-creepy abandoned road right next to I-84 for about a half a mile. Since I was the only guy I was clutched to and lead the way. We finally got to this little opening on the road and Lindsay tells me that the houses are off to the right. Since there were pricker bushes surrounding any known entrance, I had to make a makeshift one so that the girls could get through without getting scratched.
We start to climb up this little hill and I shine our flashlight on the main house in order to see where I am going. All along the walk up the road and towards the house I kept claiming that I heard people and was quickly told to shut up and stop scaring them. When we are just level with the house we hear a voice asking, "Are you guys cops?" Jessica, Lindsay, and Nicole just about crapped their pants when they heard this so I just laughed my butt off because I told them we weren't alone. Turns out that there were four other kids visiting the house at the same time we were.
Anyways, we all say hi to eachother and start our search for the throne. To make a long story short, we weren't able to find either the throne or one of the little houses. After a large disappointment we opted to leave and revisit at a lighter time.
Fast forward 5 days: Jessica calls me up again, this time at 11am asking if I would like to go check it out. Since I never get tired of Jess, I say yes and run in the shower. 15 minutes later Jessica, Lindsay, and I are off.
We arrived the same way we came last time and made the walk down the road. This time we could actually see what was in front of us so navigation was pretty simple.
We saw the main house in much better detail and were actually able to locate the Throne and mini-house. Here are the pictures of our adventure:
