Can't play anymore

Almost everytime i go out and just practice or even just shoot a ball around I hurt or sprang my wrist and it takes a couple weeks to heal up again only to be hurt next time i try and play... not sure what to do because i can't really play if it continues... :concerned

you should definately go see a doctor

you probably have ligament dammage which takes forever to heal.. i had the same problem.. you have to let it heal

i'v got a simalar problem. i'v broken and sprained my wrist ( right, strong hand ) and now if i play too hard or too long. or both. my wrist will just kill. the only thing u can do is wait for it to heal. and when it does, make sure u tape it for the majority of your games.
