as to where you can throw them, ask your coach. he will tell you when and where you can throw them, he will probably even show you how to throw them.
i tell each player where they are allowed to throw their junk, if they try it somewhere else, they find that they are probably going to be sitting down for a little while

If your coaches are allowing that stuff wich i would be suprised if they would....Just play straight up D

Throwing an over head check with a D-pole isnt exactly the smartest thing to do if you dont know how to do it right then just dont try it, cuz if you F up thats a quick way to get ejected.

you missed my point, i allow certain players to throw certain checks in certain places, if they dont follow my instructions, they are riding pine.
nothing pisses of coaches faster than getting beat because you are playing like a knucklehead.
spenny's #1 rule of lax: dont piss off the guy who decides playing time.
