try this, dangle your stick above the attackmen head when your running side by side with him and fake like your going down on his back but slap it in front of him

~do the ding dong, sweet takeaway....your playing normal position(i assume you play D), do like he said act liek your going for an over the head, maybe even give a studder step if its an experienced player he pulls his stick forward, come right back down on it(great check, cause good players get overconfident & fall for it)
~wrap check, weigh down a pole & do this!i swear i preach this in many posts, weighing down a stick is extremley helpful especially for this, my wrap checks are literally 5 tiems faster now cause i practiced it with a weighed pole, you'll notice a change within a day
~backwrap ^ same as wrap, use a weighed down pole
~over the head....if you get what i called a ding dong, then with an experienced player you can probably use over the heads cause they'll be slower to bring their stick forward, you just have to be confident in your defenders to slide if you miss it
~last i have no name for it, it's an over the head/kayak....you have to let them get right on top of you, to where your NOT playing good D, your jsut holding them keeping them from advancing, dont waste time it has to be quick otherwise they'll move & screw you up, this depends onw hat hand you are but im right, they've got they're stick in the right, take pressure off them, they come towards you a bit, go over their helmet, slide your hands up, then bring the back end down on their head, great check & normally their making a move while your taking the ball so you've got a second to get the GB, extremley hard to do w/out getting a slash/gettin the check but its FLIPPIN SWEEEET!
