i was watching the mll championship game and i heard them say someone used an alley(sp) dodge. i was wondering what that is cause they didnt replay it.

i THINK an alley dodge is a dodge...in the alley. i dont know. i always hear my coach telling the dman to break to the alley when the golie is clearing the ball. so im just taking a guess hear. the alley is the space between the out of bounds line and the box..the big rectangle. so i guess its a dodge in there

Yeah usually it's a split to the alleys (aka near the edge of the box area), and then from there you take a shot (usually a jump shot). Kyle Harrison is famous for his alley dodges.

I think this MAY be right:
You're at the top of one alley or the other and you drive toward the defender then back out (all the time going forward) you create space by doing the kind of v-cut with the ball and shoot.
