Hey guys, new to the forum. Just started to get into lacrosse within the past 2 months, going to be playing for Truman State University. I have looked around alot on the forums, alot of good information. Could someone just break down a simple "to-do" list of exercises, drills, handling techniques, and other basics that I should work on in order to get up to par with the game? Thanks alot and sorry for such a new-b question :bye:

I could give you a huge, full blown work out plan, but I'm kinda tired right now...heh.
Anyway, its similar to most other sports. Get into a lifting routine and make sure you're on a high protein diet. You'll want to run sprints and distance (varying based on your position), and play wallball every day.
What position are you trying to play? Have you played other sports before? A little background info and we'll be able to help a lot more.

Just a deffensemen. I'm a "bigger" not fat, just not too fast im 6'4 220 and I follow a "simple" work out routine and ride bikes. I deffinently know that I need to get back into running, how should I start a running cycle to get me back into "running" shape? Thanks alot for any info you guys can give me, its appreciated. And yeah, I have played baseball my whole life, don't want to play for our school, wanna try something new
