play hours and hours of wallball. thats when u find a wall (with no windows) and just play catch with it. throw it with your right and left and catch it when it bounces back. that will help your fundamentals a lot. but when u switch hands from right to left to throw opposite handed be cradling so u can practice switching hands with the ball to. switching hands quickly is a good dodge in game situations.

if you have good stick skills you might wanna try attack becasue you said your mile time isnt that good and you need to have lots of endurence to be a middie

i'd say D, with that height and weight. and since you only run 1 mile in nine minutes.

Yeah with a 9 minute mile, midfield isn't the position for you. That leaves Attack or Defense. Play attack if you're up for getting harassed by defenders all game, although you will get the most chance to score. Attack requires top notch stick skills.
Play Defense if you like to hit people. You'll be hitting someone with your stick all game, basically. Defense doesn't require the kind of stick skills that Attack does, but you'll want to very quick so that you can be able to keep up with Attackmen. By quick I mean changing direction, not flat out. The downside of Defense is that you don't get to score.
So pick whichever you'd like, just work on your quickness, speed and stick skills and you shuold do fine.

if you have great reflexes id say goal would be best for someone your size, other then that, its up to you.....attack you have to have freakin beastly stick skills, so you'll have to practice a lot but you can use your size to your advantage if you play attack by harassing the defenders back when you get a chance...youw ont have to have great endurance, but every now & then you'll need to give a quick burst of speed......then ya if you want be a defender, you have to have really good footwork though & depending on what level of play you want to go to, that whole stick skills & speed arent important for D is a load of crap, if your just lookin to have fun & nock some people out for a few seasons then you dont need to worry abot coming nicky polanco
