hey i would like some help.. does anyone know what the perfect samatotype for a lax player is? and what is an ideal fitness program for a lacrossse player? im 5' 11" and i weigh 59kgs thats 129 lbs im an ectomorph and i would like to know how id do at lacrosse any ideas??
