what would be the ideal training programme for an offensive and defensive lacrosse player?? would be greatly appreciated if you could help. thanks

First off welcome to TLF also if you use the search bar in the top left of the web page you will find that there si a ton already on this
also its spelled program
but aside from that a good program would be possibly a 2 mile jog every day or higher depending on what you want to do and at least an hour of wallball a day wall ball is so important to becoming a good lax player its crazy

I just searched under good training program and got like 10 links ranging from weiht trainng to endurence training to proper dieting

wall ball is excellent...jumping rope helps cardio a lot...and running everyday will help as well...also if u r offense, try shooting on a net or a goal drawn on a wall w/ chalk or sumthin

Not much different from other sports. Get in that weight room, lift some weights, get as much protein as you can. Run sprints 3-4 times a week, run endurance 3-4 times a week. Wallball everyday.

ya, lift weights, do sprints, both long & short distance when u get the chances, & mos thtings u'd do for any sport
