I think this would be the right category for this post, if not im sorry, feel free to move it...

alright, so today i told my lax coach, who happends to be the girls volleyball coach as well id be a manager for him, i figured this will give me time to do my homework, and hey, i get to watch hott girls jump around and do pilates lol. He mentioned to me, being that im a goalie, that i should try the pilates out, at the moment im thinking like no way in hell ya know, but everyone i mention it to is saying it will really help me, to lost weight, gain muscle, better speed and stuff, im curious as too what your guys opinions are.. dont bash on me too bad lol, but any opinions or ideas would be really helpful, thanks guys

i dont know much about it, but my friends dad teachs & does a lot of pilates stuff & for how how old/skinny he is he's in great shape & eveyrone says its thanks to pilates.....(he's 50 & weighs round 150ish i guess(jus a guess), im 15 & weigh around 150 & he can outbench me any day, u'd never guess he's 50 & again eveyrone says its thanks to pilates so i'd go for it)

pilates is awesome...it increases flexibility and tones u as well...i'd def. recommend trying it, like every1 else said...what do u hav to lose?
