I am really sick of waiting to watch a new episode of the Simpsons or whatever and then have to wait for football to be done with. How about you? I would rather watch the SImpsons over football any day of the week.

Eh. I love the simpsons. Probably moreso than anyone here, but when football season comes, It's a huge deal.

yeah, footbal's fun to watch but the simpsons is very funny. especially when they make fun of Fox's republican bias. and religion.. that's always funny to make fun of, even if people get pissed.

Yea I"ve always been that way but it;s much worse when fox has a baseball game on insead of the simpsons that drives me crazy. Atleast football is enjoyable to watch.

Sure, Simpsons are good. I'm more of a soccer fan, though...I'm more impressed by a midfielder who runs 8 to 9 miles, and then sends a beautiful cross for a header-goal in the 90th minute, than, say, an obese linebacker who needs a rest every 8 seconds. Different sports, sure--with different demands--but I'm a soccer fan, I'd say. World Cup 06!!!

I'd definitely rather see an ending to a football game. Simpsons isn't even that funny anymore.

football is all good and great and whatever, but is 3 hours long... simpson is only 30 minutes so its a healthy exchange

the simpson? what wrong with you people? a cartoon over a great sport? I plan on missing the whole season premier thing on fox tonight to watch the Ravens kill the Colts (I wish)

Depends if it's a big game like the OSU/UT game last night or not. If it's just another college or qualifying game, then forget it, definatley the Simpsons.

Why do people still like simpsons. I felt obligated to continue watching it for it's history of being very good, but now its horrible. It use to have more sophisticated jokes believe it or not then bart went to a rap concert? How is that funny, i just watch south park now which continues to be crude yet undeniably hilarious.
