except the fact you're paying for quality. People don't comprehend the fact that you aren't just paying for storage. YOu're paying for extra features. Sure, some of it is just a fad, and a lot of other ipod purchases have to do with the fact that they do have the best sound quality around, they're made my a well-trusted manufacturer who has a history of making quality products, and there are a lot of apple-loyal people. Again, just because there are two 20gb mp3 players doesnt mean they are the same quality and worth the same in any way.

I will defend apple products to the death.
