bathing ape stuff is a bit overrated man. You would be surprised, some of the shirts and stuff from them fit funky sometimes. You will get close to the same quality with the bape shoe knockoffs that are 80 bucks. Personally, spending that much money on some shoes would make me not want to wear them which defeats the whole purpose of having them. I'd go for those new adidas with the computer chip in them if you really want to drop some money on a pair of shoes. I tried some on and they are amazing. Just my 2 cents.

they sell them for $50 the same shoes and ive seen prices ranging form 30$ to 300$ searching google so it just depends on who is selling them

i also did my reserach and found out that some of them are shipped from japan because bape is a tokyo based company that is why some are expencive as for the others they come from the good old US of A

I don't know why people are so high on the "shox" technology... I work for Nike, and everyone always asks about the shox. I usually sway them to buy something with air, because in the Nike hierarchy, it looks something like this-

1. Nike Air
2. Nike Shox
3. Nike Impax (although this is just an overall assessment, they are better than shox for running purposes)

Some people get so worked up over a brand name. Bathing Ape is just another brand who pays a little money to their workers and makes an even bigger profit off of their product than say Nike or Adidas.

If they were good looking and lasted a really long time, then maybe. But they're bland, boring looking skate shoes.

Don't just buy a product because of the price and the assumption that because its expensive, its got to be good.

They're shoes. They go on your feet and get smelly. Then they wear out and you throw them away.
