Is it me or does it seem like the newer evo pros are not as pinched as the earlier ones? I think it may just be me but I dunno..

I wouldn't be surprised, manufacturers have been known to make corrections in later batches of heads, without making it completely public knowledge.
A couple seasons ago I noticed that the Razer lower sidewall was reinforced mid-season. If you take a look closely at heads there is usually a mark that relates to the batch it came from, not that it will really make sense.
I know that manufacturers process returns and make note where heads break, if they find a trend, I'd bet they consider the cost/benefit of updating the molds.

It may also be that the evo pros are less prone to warp. Older ones warped fairly easily, making them more pinched. The newer ones don't seem to have as much of a problem.

Yes, many people on our team who had Evo Pros had to get different sticks or unpinch it, it seemed like the Evo Pro pinched itself somehow.

i'm not complaining but mine actually unpinched itself instead of pinching itself. im actually kinda glad because i dont have to worry about it warping illegally now.

a lot of people have posted about this and it's been in a lot of threads, i'm pretty sure that it said somewhere that the scoop now comes at 6.7 instead of the old 1st gen 6.5 so it won't warp as bad, it's kinda like how the 2nd gen answer is wider to compensate for possible warpage

When I first got my BN Evo pro as a replacement from warrior like last week I thought it seemed wider. But I put it next to my revo pro and it was exactly the same. It was also still 6.5 at the top of the scoop if I remember right.

Finalizer piched itself, too. My teammate threw poke checks all the time, and his Finalizer pinched illegally from a week of poke checks at practice. Keep your eyes open...

Yeah I got an evo pro like before christmas last year and it seems to pinch itself. I have tradish on it and sometimes it gets pinched and if u put the ball on the bottom of the head it stays there and doesn't come out. Ive tried to unpinch it mut i dont know how. Can someone help me out?

laxgod there's a thread on different strategies includeing: slamming a hockey puck/baseball in there whenever you're not using it, unpinching it using the boiling technique, or what i did, get a dremel and shave out part of the inside throat
